Delivery Methods

  • Locker Pickup
    • Pudo or BobGo
    • Goods delivered to a nearby locker or kiosk
    • Uninsured service - risk transfers to you once parcel is placed in locker
    • Collect within 36 hours of PIN notification (locker hours vary, some 24 hours, some office hours)
  • Delivery To Your Door
    • The Courier Guy (insured) priority delivery, 1 to 2 days in most areas
    • Pudo (uninsured) direct to door, 3 to 5 days, Monday to Friday business hours
      • Choose an address with someone available weekdays during the day
      • Couriers do not call ahead or deliver on weekends/public holidays
      • You can track your parcel online to see the estimated delivery day

Insurance

  • Insured: Parcels sent via The Courier Guy
  • Uninsured: Pudo (operated by The Courier Guy) and BobGo services
  • If you require insurance on a shipment, request The Courier Guy service.
